Manual Lymphatic Drainage

special silicone cups create a suction placed stationary or moved around on the body to help increase circulation to the area. The additional blood flow help relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair. Cupping helps reduce appearance of cellulite , scars , stretchmarks and helps to release toxins, reduce anxiety, reduce trigger points and decrease pain. After cupping please avoid caffeine, alcohol, extreme hot or cold and intense exercise for at least 4-6 hours.

Herbal Thai Ball Massage uses steamed muslin balls filled with a blend of herbs inside. You are massaged using the Thai balls incorporated with Swedish and stretching techniques. Thai balls offer several benefits such as reducing stress, fatigue, pain as well as improving circulation and stimulating internal organs. Afterwards you take your Thai Balls home with you to enjoy  and can be used up to 3 months with proper storage.

Herbal Thai Ball Massage

Thai Foot Massage involves massaging the feet to help stimulate the activity of the internal organs and improve circulation, lymph flow, relieve stress, aches and pains as well as invigorate tired sore feet. Thai Foot massage is done fully clothed and I will start with a sugar foot scrub and then incorporate massage foot techniques and use a wooden stick to stimulate reflex points on the feet.

this service will be a personal one on one sound healing session. These sessions may include the use of Tuning Forks, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Rainsticks, and Ocean Drums. Reiki and Meditations will be included with sessions over 30 minutes.

Price is per person. **Group sound baths can only be booked after 6pm on week days and anytime on the weekends.**

This is the same as the mini crystal therapy chakra balancing system but not in person. You can do this service from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you are able to lay down for the amount of time for your session and not be disturbed. We will do the session over facetime and I will email you your session notes and crystals used after your session is over.
